We move a long from Woolley Boogie and up the neck on Ciribiribin. This week work out the best fingering across the strings to play this song. Mark on your music when to shift up and back down for maximum efficiency for you fingers. It will seem hard at first, and then get easier if you practice the passages over and over. Slow version is below:
Practice finding the notes on Spring Song. This song helps us continue shifting up the neck. Play Uke I measure 2 amd 10 up and across the strings then shift back down on the next measure. Below is a very SLOOOOOW version of that song.
ALSO - In order to increase your repertoire of ready-to-play chords and improve making smooth chords changes, practice the UBC Practice Sheet Song. Play 4 beats on each chord, then 2, then 1. These are all shapes that you need to learn.
Nice job on Saints. We'll play through that every week at least once.
We'll warm-up next week with the F scale (up the neck) and F scale in thirds.
