Cup clap tutorial (suggested by Pommie)
Helen's comments on this tutorial: Alternatively, on beat 3 of the second measure, where the tutorial says "switch" the cup to your left hand, I do the switch by putting the bottom of the cup firmly in the palm of my left hand. (It's where I say "palm" and she says "switch.") I like setting the bottom of the cup into the palm of my left hand because it's easy, then, to put the cup upside down on the last beat. Plus, the act of putting the cup (a bit decisively) into the palm of my left hand makes a sound - and adds to the rhythm. I don't think it matters much which way we do that aspect of this... I think it's fine if we do it however is easier / makes sense to us as individuals.
